Doppelganger, Essay, The Bombay Literary Magazine, August 2025
A journal, a letter, and an extended essay, Toshio’s Journal, my yet to be published work of literary fiction is a novel in three parts. When The Bombay Literary Magazine added a new section for essays and called for submissions for the same, I pulled out a few chapters from the essay section and sent them across since I felt they could stand alone on their own. It was gladdening that the editors at the magazine liked the essay as well and decided to publish the same.
